J. Raymond invites graduates from Construction Management and Engineering programs from all over the nation to interview with us. We attend career fairs at specific Universities throughout Florida, but do not limit our focus to students from these schools alone. Our most recent visits include:

Our internship program is molded around the career interests of the student, a meaningful job role, and a strong support system. The support you will receive as an intern is not only from an “intern coach”, supervisor, and project team, but from the entire organization. It is a collaborative effort to provide you with a rewarding learning experience.

Our commitment to you is to keep you engaged in challenging responsibilities that align with your career objectives. We’ll provide you with unlimited access to a mentor and a coach, and give you the opportunities to step into other areas of Operations and Preconstruction during your tenure. Architect/Engineer/Client meetings, bid-day process, safety inspections, concrete pours, and topping out parties are just some of the additional experiences offered to our interns.
