Why Choose J. Raymond?

We know that our employees are our #1 asset, and it's my mission every day to ensure that we remember that and treat them accordingly.
Evelyn Black, Human Resources Manager

Our expectations are high. We aren't quick to hire. Experience and expertise are very important, but they're only a part of the picture. We're also looking for people who will fit in well within our company culture.

We're looking for what we like to call a WOW factor. We need to know that you'll be able to treat both your clients and fellow employees with respect and care about them on both a business and personal level. We're looking for people who are even-keeled and can handle pressure in a professional manner - people who can make good choices that support our R.I.G.H.T. philosophy and our mission statement.

Before you're hired, you'll have the chance to get to know the people you'll be working with to ensure that we create a good fit for both you and the company. Your peers at work are people you'll spend a large percentage of your time with, so a comfortable atmosphere is important to a productive and pleasant work experience.

Our Human Resources Department is responsive and eager to do what it takes to make sure our team is as competent and cohesive as possible. If you believe you have what it takes to help make our great team even better, please click here to contact Evelyn Black in Human Resources.
