J. Raymond Construction was recently awarded the following projects:

• Aloma Winter Park Publix in Winter Park, FL
• Sawgrass Promenade Center Facade in Deerfield Beach, FL
• Dick's Sporting Goods in Plantation, FL
• Suite 106 at Kissimmee Medical Office Building in Kissimmee, FL
• Wal-Mart in Tampa, FL

J. Raymond Construction Corporation has started construction on two new Medical Office Buildings for Lillibridge. J. Raymond was selected as the General Contractor for their projects in Winter Park and Viera. The Winter Park project is a 2 story, 36,210 s.f. Medical Office Building. The scope of work includes shell, site work and demolition of the existing building. The Viera project is a 3 story, 76,000 s.f. Medical Office Building. J. Raymond will be constructing the shell and completing the interior buildout of an imaging center.

J. Raymond Construction Corporation has been awarded the contract for the Shops at Perdido Key in Pensacola, FL. This project will be the demolition of an existing Publix and construction of a new 45,500 s.f. Publix store and 7,000 s.f. of additional retail space. J. Raymond’s contract encompasses the entire project, including associated site work.

J. Raymond Construction has started construction on the Orlando Orthopaedic Center at SODO. The buildout is taking place in two separate buildings with Building A being a 3,459 s.f. administrative office and Building B being a 24,213 s.f. Orthopaedic Center.
