J. Raymond completed One Charter place in 2006. This project was built for Barron Commercial Development and is located in Coral Springs, Florida. One Charter Place is a retail and office complex consisting of 100,000 square feet. J. Raymond also built the six story parking garage for the complex. The contract value for this project was $17,000,000.
