Shops at Pembroke Gardens

J. Raymond Construction completed the Shops at Pembroke Gardens in 2007. Shops at Pembroke Gardens is owned by Duke Realty Corporation and is located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. This project is located on a 40 acre site and is comprised of 11 buildings and approximately 365,000 square feet of retail space. J. Raymond Construction completed the buildings and site work in a mere ten months. The construction of the 11 buildings included a variety of exterior finishes and facade types and five full interior tenant fit-outs. The site work included complete landscaping and irrigation, which consisted of 170,000 square feet of sidewalks lined with Phoenix Sylvestry palms. The Shops at Pembroke Gardens held a contract value of $28 million.
