Sweetwater Episcopal Academy

J. Raymond Construction was delighted to have been chosen as the development manager and general contractor for the construction of Sweetwater Episcopal Academy’s multi-purpose building. The multi-purpose building is owned by the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection and is located in Longwood, Florida. This project was completed in 2007.

This multi-purpose building was an addition to the already existing church and private school. It is a single story building containing classrooms, a commercial kitchen and a basketball court spread out over 13,935 square feet. Sweetwater Episcopal Academy held a contract value of $3.4 million.
