Because we are fully aware of the value of effective planning to the success of any project, we have gone so far as to create a Pre-Construction Services Department within our company, separate from the Estimating Department.  Jon Roemer leads our pre-construction team and it is their charge to guide your early decision-making, provide budgets based on extensive historical data, and address your complete feasibility study and pro-forma needs.

We offer an in-depth, systematic approach to our pre-construction services based on a vast array of knowledge and experience, and our plan for your project will typically include all of the following:
