This project is the construction of over 200,000 square feet of buildings and site work for the lifestyle center, Seminole City Center in Seminole, Florida. Among many other retailers, this center includes the construction of an Earth Fare, Ulta, Home Goods, Steinmart and Five Below. The project was completed in 2017 with a contract value of $41,231,954.
