The Center of Winter Park is 245,000 square feet, and was completed in 2017 in Winter Park, Florida. The contract was $18,083,100. The retail center was redeveloped in order to accommodate new anchor tenants Marshalls/HomeGoods, Designer Shoe Warehouse, and Ross Dress for Less. These new tenants joined existing anchors, Michaels, LA Fitness, and Office Depot. The project owner is SVAP Winter Park, LP.
